This article explains the privileges that need to be set for users to access the new Generic Law Incident forms in Mobile
Reference
For users to access the Mobile Field Report and all forms, and various tabs contained in the forms, you will need to grant some privileges.
Once your agency has purchased the Mobile Field Report and forms, and they have been enabled by a representative at Flex, users will need to be given Add and Modify privileges for the following system privileges:
- mdcmdlFRArrest: Gives users access to the Arrest form
- mdcmdlFRfldint: Gives users access to the Field Interview form
- mdcmdlFRfrfldint: Gives users access to the Fire Field Interview form
- mdcmdlFRIncident: Gives users access to the Mobile Field Report
NOTE: To use the Arrest form, your agency must purchase it in addition to the Mobile Field Report and forms
The tabs on the Mobile Field Report and forms are controlled by other system privileges. Because the forms are integrated with the Spillman RMS, the Field Report and forms honor the same privileges, including agency and non-agency partitioning. It is expected that everyone who uses the Field Report and forms has Access and Modify privileges for the following tables:
- lwmain (Law Incident table)
- nmmain (Names table)
- prmain (Property table)
- vhmain (Vehicle table)
- fimain (Field Interview table)
- jlarrest (Arrest table)
- jloffens (Offense table)
- noncustody (Non-Custody Booking table)
In addition, the following table lists other privileges that users of the Field Report and forms might need.
