This article will walk you through how to login to an customer console using Secure Link. You will not need to switch to the off-network to use secure link. It will work on M-Wireless.

How To Access customer site:
**Note: The screenshots below are from Glendale. The options to remote in will be different depending on the customer you are needing to remote in.**
1. A URL will be provided that is different for each customer.
“https://securelink….”
2. Once you click the link it will open a new browser window. You will need to enter your email and your password.
3. An email will be sent to you with an authorization key.
4. You then can select which one you need to remote into.
