User wants instructions on how to setup Capture on a new device.

In order to fully setup the Capture app, you must have the "Can Assign Device" permission in Vault, and then you must have Capture downloaded on your device to begin setup...
1. Follow the prompts in the app allowing it to have permission to access your camera, once you reach the screen asking for you to scan a QR code you must switch to your computer and access vault.commandcentral.com.
2. In Vault, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select "Device Assignment" in the drop down menu.
3. Once in the Device Assignment menu, select "Device Management" in the upper right to the left of the search bar.
4. Click "Login" at the top of the screen and then click on "Create QR Code" at the top of the screen.
5. In the create QR Code menu, scroll to the bottom and select "Create".
6. Here you must give the device a name, and select location, time zone, and country. Now click create at the bottom of the screen.
7. it will take you back to the list of configured devices, click on the device you created in this list.
8. Once you are back in this device's configuration menu, select "Create QR Code" again at the top of the screen. It will now display a QR code that you can scan with your phone.
9. Point the phone at the QR code on the CommandCentral Vault screen and tap Scan. You are prompted to allow CommandCentral Capture to send notifications. These may include items such as alerts and sounds configured in Settings.
10. Tap Allow. You are prompted to allow CommandCentral Capture to access your location while you are using the application.
11. Tap Only when app running. You are prompted to allow CommandCentral Capture to record audio.
12. Tap OK. A dialog box displays the message Registration Successful
13. Tap OK. The CommandCentral Capture application is now installed.
14. On your computer, go back to "Device Assignment" in Vault and assign the device to the user.
