The System Advisor entry has a CommFailure status with an NcmSynchronization event. In additon, it has the status of Inactive. The System Advisor interface can be accessed and seems to be working fine.

The primary Trunking Controller is either not configured correctly in the System Advisor interface or is not reachable.

Ensure that the correct primary Trunking Controller data is entered in the System Advisor interface under Tools -> Configure System Advisor Properties -> General Properties. Also ensure the primary Trunking Controller is reachable from the System Advisor (in case the affected SA is secondary).
