With a setup involving two or more non-redundant Data Gateways. only one Data Gateway is functional at a time. All the Data Gateways work provided that only one is active at any given time.

The Data Gateways are likely not configured correctly.

Please ensure that all Data Gateways have unique Radio IDs as well as Site IDs. Also please ensure that these configurations are correctly exported from Radio Management and loaded into the Data Gateways.
