Battery latch is difficult to slide outside the pager and/or battery latch is difficult on the pager.

If battery is difficult to slide outside the pager, the battery needs to be replaced and will be covered under the 1 year standard warranty period.  

If the battery latch will slide freely outside the pager, but can not lock when on the pager the issue is with the pager housing and the pager will need to be sent in for repair or replaced if it is an out of box failure. 

NOTE: Any battery or pager ordered after March 2024 will not have this issue.
