WAVE PTX | How to reset WoC OKTA login password


Issue

Possible issues;

*Unable to login to WoC portal. "Invalid password" Error showing.

When creating an employee account with an email that was previously used in WoC Portal (User not receiving "User Registration - Admin Invite" ). 

* ERROR for website owner: Site key is invalid Privacy - Terms

Resolution

Please follow the below steps to reset the login password.

Please go to https://waveoncloud.com/ 

→Click on the man icon on the right hand side.

→ Click on forgot password.

 

 

→ Provide the email id (), Click Next.

 

 

→ Choose Reset Link Via Email or OTP via SMS , then click next .(here we are selecting email option to share the link)

 

 

 

→ You will receive the email to reset your password. Click on the Link .

 

→ Provide the new password & Click Submit.

 

→ Click Done to complete the process, Also you will receive a mail about the new password change.

** After resetting the password please follow below Steps to Login to the WoC portal.

→ Please go to https://waveoncloud.com/

→ Click on the man icon on the right hand side.

→ Enter the email (user ID ) and Click Continue.

 

→ Type your new password & Click Verify

 

→ Once Completed the OKTA validation will re-direct to WoC Portal.
