Customers and Partners can complete and submit the Motorola Technical Notification Subscription form to receive MTN emails.

General Information

An MSI Technical Notification (MTN) - formerly known as Field Service Bulletin (FSB) which notifies the customer of an issue potentially requiring their action such as:

  • Specific part(s) need to be ordered
  • Sending the part to the depot for repair
  • Detailing a specific function the customers' technician needs to perform

Viewing Motorola Technical Notifications (MTN's) 
Existing MTNs are published to the Learning Experience Portal (LXP)
