Answer
The CCGW periodically checks its LDAP database for changes, maintaining a local copy of the database. The "LDAP database NOT AVAILABLE" message means the CCGW was not able to reach the LDAP(ZDS) server, that is, the TCP connection to CCGW was not possible. Intermittent issues with the connections are not fatal however they will prevent changes from the LDAP(ZDS) server.
If you are seeing different CCGWs reporting issues with connection to the LDAP(ZDS) server(10.z.233.101), this suggests the server or the network is not available for the CCGWs.
