Symptom(s)
Operator had talkgroups assigned which were not assigned in the backend configuration so should have been deassigned, but were not.
Eg. The 37.Telecoms and MarineCH16 talkgroups show in their talkgroups, but have not been enabled in the operator settings on the DCX servers. Due to the Talkgroup selection being disabled the customer is not able to remove these manually.
- FE disabled the ability for operators to assign/deassign talkgroups in the operator backend configuration and assigned specific talkgroups that the operator should be a member of.
- He logged out and logged back in and confirmed operator had the assigned talkgroups, but in addition to the assigned ones it was still showing some that they should no longer be assigned to (37.Telecoms and Marine CH16). They were manually added prior to them being enforced assignment as part of testing.
- Operator themselves could not deassign the talkgroups as he removed their ability.
- Tried assigning the talkgroups (via backend), logging out and logging back in and then removing those talkgroups (via backend), logged out and back in but they still remained.
Issue
There was no issue interacting with the Talkgroups.
The issue was that operator 1 had talkgroups assigned which were not assigned in the backend configuration so should have been deassigned, but were not.
