ELC - How to Install and use the Export Downloader Tool

This tool is an alternate download method for use with agencies experiencing slow export download speeds.
Note: Feature Flag 'External Downloader' needs to be turned On for the agency to enable this option.
Run installer FastExportDownloadTool.exe on any workstations that will be using this feature.
Installation Instructions:
Move FastExportDownloadTool.exe to desktop. Run FastExportDownloadTool.exe.
Click Next on Welcome to the Fast Export Download Tool Setup Wizard window. Click Next on the Select Installation Folder window.
Click Install on the Ready to Install window. If you get a window asking ‘Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?’, click Yes. Click Finish on the Completing the Fast Export Download Tool Setup Wizard window.
Usage Instructions:
Go to Exports option on EvidenceLibrary.com site.
On the export to be downloaded, put the cursor on the three vertical dots. Select Download with downloader.
A window asking 'Open ELExportDownloader?' will appear. Click the Open ELExportDownloader button.
Export Downloader application window will open. Click Download to start download.
A green progress bar will run during download.
When that finishes, the download will be complete.
The requested export file will be in the local Downloads folder.
