The latest version of ASK Admin is R09.06.00, which is part of the RM/CPS Suite download.
When downloading the RM/CPS Suite download, check the box only for Advanced Keys Administrator:
Close any open windows of the Advanced Keys Administrator and begin your download. After the download has completed, open the Advanced Keys Administrator. You can check the version by going to Help -> About Advanced Keys Administrator:
