Often, simply reinstalling the Flex software can fix many issues. Below you will find a step-by-step guide to install your Flex client. To uninstall first, we recommend following KB0010103 

Installing the Flex client

1. Download the latest Flex client installer
   1. This can be found at http://<flexServer>:4080/Spillman/PatchDownload
2. After downloading the correct installer, double-click on the it, and install as usual
   NOTE: The screen shots below should give you an idea of what the normal install process looks like
3. After double-clicking on the installer, you will be presented with this screen, choose Spillman Client, click Install
   
   
4. At the Setup Wizard, click Next
   
   
5. You may choose to select Custom install if you desire, but the Typical install is normally sufficient for most users/admins.
   Select Typical or Custom, and then click Next
   
   
6. After selecting your preferences, you will be prompted to either click Back or Install, click Install
   
   
7. The installation process will proceed
   
8. At the end of the installation process, you will be notified that the installation is complete. Click Finish
   
   
9. Your Flex installation is now complete. Upon login to Flex, the client will download the remaining updates required for your server version.

Due to different setup/configurations on different machines, you might need to run the Flex Installer in admin mode. This can be accomplished by doing the following:

1. Open the folder containing the Flex installer
2. Right-click on the Flex installer executable
3. Select Run as administrator
   
4. Complete the installation as explained above
