Steps for restarting PremierOne Client applications


Issue

One-off issues causing poor software and/or hardware performance

Environment

PremierOne CAD and Mobile client applications- ALL versions

Resolution

Motorola Solutions recommends the client/mobile application is fully restarted once every day following the steps below.

Restarting a P1 CAD Workstation
1. Click Console > Session > Log Out (or use SF command).



2. On the Logout Confirmation screen, select Logout.



3. The Login screen will appear, press the X button on the top right to fully close the application window.
4. You can now reopen the application.


Restarting a P1 Mobile Workstation
1. Click the box for Logged in: [userid] > Logout (or use SF command).



2. On the Login screen, press the Exit button on the bottom right to fully close the application.

 

4. You can now reopen the application.
