Unable to enter username and password into Flex client

Issue

Occasionally you may encounter a problem where the Flex client does not allow you to enter your username and password. The fields simply do not exist to enter data into. This will most often occur immediately following an update to your Flex system

Resolution

The problem will likely present directly on the login screen for the Flex client.

To fix this problem, you must clear your local Flex client cache, on the PC that is affected.
This can be located at the following location:
%localappdata%\Spillman\Spillman
C:\23429404bf784a63aa21751d34973a3f

Simply delete the entire %localappdata%\Spillman\Spillman directory. You will then be able to enter your credentials again.
