Spillman CAD is out of Sync with Mobile CAD

Resolution

If you are having symptoms in CAD, where changes made in FLEX CAD (e.g. dispatching calls, changing unit status, etc.) are not in sync with Mobile CAD, reloading the Mobile webapp may fix this issue. To do so...

  • Login to the FLEX
  • Go to Help > Application Server

  • Enter your username and password.
  • Locate the Mobile listing and then click the Stop link. Once the WebApp is stopped the Start option will become available and click that to start the WebApp again.


 

 

  • This restarts mobile and should resolve the issue with Mobile and FLEX CAD being out of sync.
  • If they are still not in sync after a Mobile restart, please contact Flex Technical Services.
