502 Bad Gateway Error When Working with IBR

Symptom(s)

The customer is receiving the error below when trying to access the IBRAgency screen as well as when they attempt to IBR records from within the law screen:
Warning The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway

Issue

The interfaces server appears to have been in a bad state (it likely exhausted its memory allocation).

Resolution

  1. Log into Grafana, and verify whether the interfaces server has exhausted it's memory allocation.
  2. Increase the amount of memory available to the interfaces server as needed.
  3. Restart the interfaces server.
