The following process outlines how to register Camera(s) within CityProtect.com.

CommandCentral

Chrome is the preferred browser when trying to register.

Note:  In order for a citizen to register a camera they need to create a CityProtect account, once logged in to their account, they will see the option to register a camera. 

From CityProtect.com, to add a new Camera, once logged in, from the Menu on the left, click Cameras.

This will list all the cameras that you have registered.

Note: There is a max of 100 individual cameras.

Click on Add Camera. Click Continue.

Answer all the questions to complete registration:

Select if this Camera is for Home or Business.

Choose if the Camera is Inside or Outside. Click Next.

Provide a Name and Description to help identity the camera. Click Next.

Provide the Address for the Camera. Click Next.

You may need to move the point for the Camera location using Ctrl and Right Click to drag the location marker. Click Next.

Set Direction for Camera. Click Next.

Set Features for Camera. Click Next.

Provide your Contact Information. Click Done.

Depending on the location of the Camera, it will automatically be assigned to the jurisdiction of the agency in its area.
