Resolution
Process Steps:
- Verify Contact is listed as a POC for their Facility in Vesta Salesforce
- Verify Company exists in MSI Salesforce
- Send Contact Email to Register

Verify Contact is listed as a POC for their Facility in Vesta Salesforce
Proceed to Vesta SalesForce, search for the individuals to see if they are listed as a POC for their Facility.
If contact is not listed as a POC, send email to the site to find out if the site would like to allow customer access for Documents & Videos or make a POC for their facility.

Verify Company exists in MSI Salesforce
Proceed to MSI SalesForce, search for the individuals by Email Address to see if they already exist and which company they are listed with.
Look up the Customer’s Motorola Customer number in MSI Salesforce.

Send Contact Email to Register
Send Email to the individual with their Motorola Customer Number for them to Register.
Replace the [xxxxxxxxxx] with the customers Motorola Customer Number.

Subject: Mass Notification Support Communities Registration Process
Please follow the registration steps below to access the Mass Notification Support Communities.
From your browser, navigate to www.motorolasolutions.com
In the top right, click on the Avatar.
Click on Register.
Click on Business Account.
Please fill out all entries using [xxxxxxxxxx] as your Account Number.
A confirmation email will be sent with a link to Verify / Activate your account.
Once you have verified your account, please forward the email to vesta.support@motorolasolutions.com stating your registration has been completed through www.motorolasolutions.com.
A confirmation note will be sent to your email with a link to the new Mass Notification Support Site.

Confirm / Validate Email Address
The Customer will be sent a Verification Email with a link for them to click to Validate their Email Address.
Account Creation Completion Email
Once account creation has been completed, an email will be sent to the individual.
