Summary
The Devices and Users Management page displays a list of all devices and users that are registered in the WAVE PTX Portal.
You can sort the devices and users that appear on the list by clicking on any of the column headings. The data displayed for each column is dependent on the columns that are enabled through the Show/ Hide columns icon .

The following table lists all the available column headings for the Devices and Users Management page:
>>NOTE: The All selection is the landing page. The column headings that are available from the Show/Hide columns icon are a combination of the column headings that are enabled for Devices and Users.
>>NOTE: If you refresh your page or visit another tab and return to the Devices & Users Management page, the Show/Hide Columns settings reset to the default settings.
Device Registration
You can register a device to the WAVE PTX Portal by entering the device's IMEI number and the serial number.
Prerequisites: Ensure that you have the IMEI and serial numbers for every device you are registering.
When and where to use:
You can register the following types of devices:
• TLK 100
• TLK 110
• TLK 150
• EVOLVE
• Ion
Procedure:
1 From the WAVE PTX Portal navigation menu, select Devices and Users Management.
2 Click the Register button.
3 Select Devices.
>>NOTE: Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Fields without an asterisk are optional.
4 In the IMEI Number field, enter the IMEI Number.
5 In the Serial Number field, enter the Serial Number.
IMPORTANT: The Device Type populates when you enter the IMEI and Serial Number.
6 In the name field, enter a Name for the device.
7 Optional: Select a Language from the drop-down menu.
8 From the Tier Package drop-down menu, select the appropriate Tier Package.
>>NOTE: You can select from monthly or 2 year contracts.
9 Optional: You can include an Addon Package for the device.
10 Optional: Select the + Add Row link to add additional users.
11 Click the Save button.
You will receive a confirmation message in your notification section. You can download the .CSV file with all the details of the registered devices.
User Registration
You can register users manually one at a time, or you can register multiple users by importing a .CSV document import.
Procedure:
1 From the WAVE PTX Portal navigation menu, select Devices and Users Management.
2 Click the Register button and select Users. The Register Users page appears.
3 From the User Type drop-down menu, select one of the following user types
>>NOTE: The number of licenses used and available for the user show on the top of the users list view on the PTT Users page.
4 Enter Name, Email, and Phone Number.
5 When Tablet is selected for User Type, select one of the following for Client Type.
6 Select the appropriate Tier Package for the user. The number of subscriptions available will reflect the subscriptions in the drop down menu.
7 For Addon Package, select one of the following:
8 Optional: Select the + Add Row link to add additional users.
9 When you have registered all users, click the Save button.
The new users are listed in the Devices and Users Management page under the All and Users tabs
