When customer tried to remove the WRG from WOC Portal

Error occured while creating radio system at UGW

Root Cause
If the WRG been used from another WOC account this should be removed from WOC portal Radio System and removed from Gateways section from the right first then disconnect the Gateway to add on another account.
( This will remove the Gateway from UGW to cause any conflict)
Workaround/Fix
We need to open a ticket with UC to remove the gateway from UGW
