WAVE PTX Subscription Management - Granting Customer Access to the WAVE PTX Portal


Issue

GRANT CUSTOMER ACCESS TO WAVE PTX PORTAL


Partners can grant customers access to the WAVE PTX provisioning portal to enable the following responsibilities:


     • Registering and maintaining users and devices


     • Creating and maintaining talk groups and user sets

Environment

Partner Hub

Resolution

1. Login to Partner Hub.


2. Use the header search bar to search for the user by name, email or company name.


3. Click on the user’s name in the Contact Name column in the Related Contacts section.


4. Click on the Related tab.


5. Click on New in the Application Access section.

6. Use the pull down arrow under App Name and select WAVE PTX Portal.


7. Select the applicable access level from the Access Level dropdown, then click on Next.


8. The request will be processed within the hour.
