Issue
When a user goes to view a live stream in Watch Commander the stream never loads. It just gives an endless spinning icon.

If the stream that you selected is not loading in the playback screen, then you will probably have to enable a flag in your browser. To enable a flag, follow the instructions below for your browser.
Chrome
- Browse to chrome://flags/#unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure
- In the text box, enter the URL http://<ComputerName>:<HttpPortNumber>
- Click on the dropdown next to the text box and select Enabled.
- Click on Relaunch to the bottom right or the window.
FireFox
- Click the lock icon in the address bar.
- Click the arrow on the Control Center.
- Click Disable protection for now.

- Browse to edge://flags/#unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure
- In the text box, enter the URL http://<ComputerName>:<HttpPortNumber>
- Click on the dropdown next to the text box and select Enabled.
- Click on Relaunch to the bottom right or the window.
If you are not sure what URL to enter in the text box, follow the procedure below.
- Log on to Watch Commander (after the latest version is installed).
- Select one vehicle to stream. The video will try to buffer.
- Open DevTools (Press F12) and select Console tab. Some entries are highlighted in red.
- Copy the URL that you see there till the port number. In the example below, the URL is http://WIN-IKPIBPDCV3C:1935
