Issue
What firmware version is in my IMPRES 2 MUC?
Environment
IMPRES 2 MUC (Multi Unit Charger)
Resolution
On the front of the IMPRES 2 MUC press and hold the "OK" button for 3-5 seconds.
The charger display will show "Press OK to enter ANALYZER MODE".
Press "OK"
The display will now show the current firmware version. Example: "CHARGER SOFTWARE VER 2.01 C2021"
You can use MSI Charger Reprogrammer software to check for the latest firmware version and upgrade the MUC firmware if needed.
