How to calculate Battery Run Time between APX IMPRES batteries with different amperages.
For example, what is the difference in time between a 2000mAh compared to a 2350mAh.

The run time is calculated by dividing the milliamps hours between the standby current of the radio
for example:
An APX6000 radio has a standby current draw drain 142 mA
divide 2000mAh by 142mA = 14.08 hrs
divide 2350 mAh by 142mA = 16.54 hrs
Therefore the difference is 2.5 hours between the two batteries.
Please note: Today radios have many variables like GPS, Bluetooth, LTE, WiFi etc that can effect the batterys run time, this is a high level example with basic radio operation.
