Symptom(s)
Customers are unable to register wideband EID's and a receive error.
Issue
- HT series, EX series and CDM series have been canceled since 2015 and are no longer supported.
- CP200/CP200XLS/PR400/CM200/CM300 series and CM series have been canceled since 2014 and are no longer supported.
The following EID's were cancelled as of July 20th 2023 and are now out of support:
Professional Series CPS - HKVN4180A
Commercial Series CPS - HKVN4182A
PR860 CPS - HKVN4181A
CP185 Entry Level CPS - HKVN4183A

Resolution
The Wideband EID's are now cancelled and customer will not be able to register any previous ordered or saved EID’s. Customer may continue to use any CPS’s that have already been register prior to the cancellation and have wideband EID register already..
