VMS reporting ha-datacenter: Bootbank cannot be found at path bootbank
Issue
VMS reporting ha-datacenter: Bootbank cannot be found at path bootbank in UEM
Resolution
1. Remote into the VMS in question
2. Confirme the VMS in question does not have the active Zone Controller
3. If the VMS in question has the active Zone Controller then: STOP DO NOT PROCEED
4, Inform the caller they will need to schedule a Zone Controller Roll Over to the Standby Zone Controller in the secondary VMS
5. Once customer approves active Zone Controller Rollover to the standby then,
6. Gracefully shutdown all the Virtual machines via the admin menu then power them down.
7. Place the VMS in question in "Maintenance Mode"
8. Power down theVMS in question
7. Place the VMS in question in "Maintenance Mode"
8. Power down theVMS in question
9. Check the SD Card by reseating it
10, Repower the VMS in question
11. Remove Maintenance mode
12, Repower all Virtual Machines
13. Re-enable all Virtual Machines via admin_menu
14. Once all Virtual Machines are back online then
15. Check UEM to confirm the original issue is now resolved:
