Error
When using the Comparator to compare two different codeplugs, Comparator Report shows "unable to compare as it does not exist in comparison codeplug". However when compared side by side the codeplugs look identical.
This issue can occur with any version firmware.
This issue can occur with any version CPS/RM.

Working as designed.
Workaround/Fix
When doing codeplug comparison the "Codeplug Version" of the codeplug/template must be the same release as the APX CPS that is being used to do the comparison.
If the APX CPS version being used to do the compare is a higher version, then the codeplug/template must be updated to the match the APX CPS version being used.
This can be done by either doing a SAVE or SAVE AS of the codeplug with the APX CPS that is being used. Codeplug in the radio will not change unless you write this to the radio.
