Trying to push motopatch to the NIR once it completes it asks to login and when using the admin it does not allow them, it prevents them for getting access

 

Per vendor: Motopatch application was trying to use port 49677 and the local system was denying connection.  Found that it was used by a different process id.  Terminated that process and was able to log into the Motopatch application

- Nice does not support anything other than P25 Motorola Radio recorders for Motopatch.  

   "TN893-002-01 Patching the NICE MCC 7500 Logging Solution.pdf" goes into greater detail for the required steps in stopping and disabling      

    all Nice services and SQL server for the Motopatch process.

 

- For Telephony NIR?s in 911 Call Center environments, recording IP, Digital or Analog, Nice approves all patches that Microsoft releases, 

  unless specifically stated.
