[Wave PTX Dispatcher] How to generate dispatcher logs for support
Environment
Wave PTX on Cloud 12.3.1.2
Wave PTX dispatcher Version 12.000.00.00a (V9)
Resolution
- Login to the web dispatcher
- Locate the setting button at the top of the dispatcher panel.
- Click at “Send System Logs”
- Fill up the statement required.
Problem statement:
Description: (Please put INC number if ticket has been raised) - Click proceed and logs will be submitted to MSI.
- Click at the silhouette guy icon next to setting button.
- Copy the number in the red box and provide an inside ticket opening email if it's a new ticket or provide to the engineer if it is an existing ticket.
- Do take note of the required details (e.g. issue timestamp, issue observation, issue trigger).
