[Wave PTX Dispatcher] How to generate dispatcher logs for support

Environment

Wave PTX on Cloud 12.3.1.2

Wave PTX dispatcher Version 12.000.00.00a (V9)

 

Resolution

  1. Login to the web dispatcher
  2. Locate the setting button at the top of the dispatcher panel.

     
  3. Click at “Send System Logs”
  4. Fill up the statement required. 

    Problem statement: 
    Description: (Please put INC number if ticket has been raised)

  5. Click proceed and logs will be submitted to MSI.
  6. Click at the silhouette guy icon next to setting button.
     
  7. Copy the number in the red box and provide an inside ticket opening email if it's a new ticket or provide to the engineer if it is an existing ticket.
  8. Do take note of the required details (e.g. issue timestamp, issue observation, issue trigger).
