Symptom(s)
User unable to successfully login into the WAVE on Cloud portal and OKTA page.
Issue
"Invalid token" error was seen on the WOC login page.

Legacy Portal
OKTA Page Login
Resolution
1) Go to https://waveoncloud.com/
2) Select region and Continue.
3) User will be directed to WOC account login. https://waveoncloud.com/Account/Login
4) Click "Forgot Password". Enter the email and click send.
5) Once user able to successfully login to WOC account page, they will be redirected to OKTA login page.
6) Click Forgot password? User should receive an email for password reset link.
7) Once received the confirmation email, click Done.
Note: There are 2 step login needed for now: Login to WOC portal and Login to OKTA. If different password are configured you have to insert the correct one respectively
