CommandCentral - Login Issues.

Customer having issues logging in to CommandCentral.

Answer

Note:

Depending on how the Agency is configured.
Depending on the issue the User is having.

 

For a User that is having issues signing in to CommandCentral;

  • Account is locked
    • From the login page, click on Forgot Password. (This will not only reset the Password, but unlock their account)
  • Unknown User / Bad Password
    • From the login page, click on Forgot Password.
    • If the User exists, a password will be sent to the User.
      • If Email is not received, check SendGrid.
  • 403 Not Authorized
    • User does not have permission to access page.
      • Check the URL the User is trying to access.
      • Verify the User has the correct permissions for what they are trying to access.

 

If an Agency is Federated, when they try to sign in to CommandCentral, it will redirect them to a different page for Authentication.

Password reset would be handled within the Agency. Either a Forgot Password link on their Page or by the Agencies IT.

If the User Account has been verified in Azure & CC Admin, and they are using the correct Email Address when Authenticating, raise a ticket to the IDE team, for further assistance.
