Customer having issues logging in to CommandCentral.
Answer
Note:
Depending on how the Agency is configured.
Depending on the issue the User is having.
For a User that is having issues signing in to CommandCentral;
- Account is locked
- From the login page, click on Forgot Password. (This will not only reset the Password, but unlock their account)
- Unknown User / Bad Password
- From the login page, click on Forgot Password.
- If the User exists, a password will be sent to the User.
- If Email is not received, check SendGrid.
- 403 Not Authorized
- User does not have permission to access page.
- Check the URL the User is trying to access.
- Verify the User has the correct permissions for what they are trying to access.
- User does not have permission to access page.
If an Agency is Federated, when they try to sign in to CommandCentral, it will redirect them to a different page for Authentication.
Password reset would be handled within the Agency. Either a Forgot Password link on their Page or by the Agencies IT.
If the User Account has been verified in Azure & CC Admin, and they are using the correct Email Address when Authenticating, raise a ticket to the IDE team, for further assistance.
