Issue
Edesix VB400 camera does not communicate with VideoManager after being docked.
Environment
Edesix, VB400 camera
Resolution
Press and hold the VB400 buttons A and C simultaneously for 10 seconds, then release both buttons.
Afterwards, redock the camera.
The location of both buttons on the camera are shown below.
If the camera remains unresponsive after the manual reset, it needs to be sent for repair.
