How to enable Front Panel Programming (FPP) in an APX Radio using APX CPS Environment

Resolution
- Front Panel Programming (FPP) needs to be enabled under Radio Wide > Features > FPP Enable
Front Panel Programming (FPP) is also enabled under Zone Channel Assignment > FPP Protection, and can be enabled on any zone under Zone Channel Assignment as shown here:
- After Front Panel Programming (FPP) is enabled on the desired zones within the Zone Channel Assignment, the Front Panel Programming (FPP) menu item should become available, and the feature should show enabled within the purchased feature set.
