How to add and load 4RE configurations from ELC or EL OnPrem.

Here is the instructions to deploy a configuration to the car manually.

1. Login to Video Manager with admin credentials

2. Open the Device Management menu from the Admin dropdown

3. Go to Devices and ensure you are on the 4RE tab

4. Select the 4RE Device that needs to be configured, and then click the "Deploy Via USB" button on the bottom right

5. Click "Download Config Files" in the popup box

6. The .xml file will be downloaded to your downloads folder

7. You will create a folder on the root of a USB named wgv, and inside the wgv folder you will create another folder named config (yes all lowercase) 

8. You will then place the .xml file in the config folder, eject the USB, and take it to the car.

The folder path will look like this  <USB>wgv/config/xxxx.xml

9. Insert the USB into the 4RE and select the correct configuration file

10. Once complete the 4RE will need to reboot.
