* Error showing as Invalid Username or Password .
* After changing the dispatcher login mail id in WoC portal.

Resolution
1. Open below URL in the browser
https://wds.eu.msiwoc.com/WebDispatcher/idmui/index.html
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Type the login mail ID to sent the password reset link.
OR
1. Login to WoC portal --> https://waveoncloud.com/
2. Select Users --> Select Dispatcher User -> Manage Contacts and Feature .
3. Click On Device Reset & Reset Password .
---->
4. Open the password reset link received in the mail & Update with new password .
5. After updating new password , Click on continue . It will redirect to dispatcher login page .
** If not receiving password reset mail, user needs to verify and allow donotreply@waveoncloud.com on user domain.
