How to collect LOG files in the WAVE MTG Multi-Tenant Gateway
Environment
Multi-Tenant Gateway, WAVE PTX, MTG, wrgctrl
Resolution
1. Log into the MTG Windows machine. User creditials are controled by the local admin.
2. Open File Explorer from the taskbar or right-click on the Start menu, choose File Explorer
3. Navigate to the C:\WAVELogs folder
4. Select the desired Log files based on the timeframe of an event that needs to be investigated further
5. Right click on the selected files and natigate to Send to and then to Compressed (zipped) folder
6. Recommened to remain the created file to the hostname of the MTG and the Timezone configured
7. Send the logs to support presonal to review. Please include details of the event along with key timestamps
