Does Motorola support hardware issues of Cubic Vocality ROIP
Answer
The customer will call Cubic/Vocality directly for a gateway alarm or the issue is clearly with the gateway. If the issue is unclear, MSI may be contacted first to examine the WAVE PTX system and interface toward the gateway.
