Error
Radios not working, stuck on Motorola logo during boot. Removing battery and putting it back into radio doesn't solve the issue.
Environment
MOTOTRBO Digital (enable/disable feature is not available in analog)
Root Cause
Radio was disabled intentionally/unintentionally by another radio user which has ability to disable other radios.
Workaround/Fix
Enable radio with another radio that has this ability or change the codeplug of the disabled radio to enable it and prevent it from getting disabled.
