Mixed Vote Scan (MVS) builds a vote scan list from the Personality's Frequency Option list.

It then scans the two strongest channels for the duration of the Scan List Mixed Conventional Vote Scan Inactivity Timer;

MVS will not scan other channels in the Personality Frequency Option list until the time expires. The shortest timer length is one minute.

MVS, however, will continuously scan the channels in the Scan List Members independently of the timer.
