Missing License Request in WAVE Portal


Symptom(s)

1. A device was deleted in the Portal.

2. Attempts to register a new device resulted in no licenses under Tier Packaging.

Issue

1. The customer deleted a device in the Portal.

2. When trying to register a new device, no licenses were available under Tier Packaging.

Environment

1. Product: WAVE On Cloud - PTX

2. Category: Portal

Resolution

1. It was identified that the license for the deleted device was not available for the new device registration.

2. A Salesforce ticket was created by Technical Triage and sent to the correct team for assistance.

3. The issue was marked as resolved with the creation of the Salesforce ticket.
