A search on the MyView portal did not yield the current versions of MOTOTRBO Tuner.

Resolution
1. Instructions were provided on downloading the tool via the MyView portal.
1.1. Navigate to the MyView portal.
1.2. Locate the MOTOTRBO EMEA General Software Tools section.
1.3. Download the TRBO Tuner software from this section.
