The MTS site control channel experienced 100% saturation intermittently.
No related alarms were detected in the logs provided.
Control channel saturation was not observed after the issue was initially reported.

Intermittent saturation of the control channel at the MTS site.
No alarms or outages detected in the logs during investigation.
Root cause undetermined due to inability to perform on-site testing with a Dummy load.

Resolution
If the issue occurs again, test the MTS with a Dummy load instead of the antenna.
Perform the following steps to test with a Dummy load:
1. Dekey the site.
2. Disconnect the antenna from the MTS.
3. Connect a Dummy load to the MTS.
4. Key the site.
5. Monitor for control channel saturation or related issues.
Analyse log files for any alarms or anomalies related to control channel saturation.
If the issue persists with the Dummy load, investigate individual components of the MTS and the RFDS, including RF connectors, lightning arrestors, other related hardware.
