Resolution
1. Access the RM software interface for the MOTOTRBO R5 device.
2. Open the R5 code plug file associated with the device.
3. Navigate to the Audio Profile section under the Preference category.
4. Identify the User Selectable Audio Profile Level 3 option.
5. Select and apply the Audio Profile Level 3 setting to achieve the desired 106 phon level.
7. Save the changes in the RM software and ensure proper application to the device.
