Where is the programming software for the BPR 50 dX?
Where can I find the CPS ( Customer Programming Software ) for the BPR50 dX?

You can find the software on Customer/ Partner Hub. Under Entitlements > Software, search for PCR NA Commercial devices. Click on the download button on the right side of the screen which will pop open another window. For example, here you will see 'BPR 50dX Setup R00.16' or newer versions. This is the software needed to program the radio.
