Issue
-The agency needs to offload evidence via USB.
Possible reasons for this would be:
- The vehicle was in an accident, and wireless upload is not possible.
- The internal storage is full, and wireless upload can not commence.
- The officer is in an environment where wireless upload is not possible.
Environment

- USB drive formatted as exFAT
Resolution
1. Ensure the USB drive is formatted as exFAT and properly detected by the M500 unit. If the USB is not recognized by the M500, please follow KB0037058 here.
2. Navigate to the Home menu on the M500 interface.
3. Select Status from the menu options.
4. Choose Re-export to export the required video files.
