Error
- Error 1001687: Unable to detect applicable device(s).
- The error prevents CPS from reading radios.
Environment

Root Cause
The error occurs due to interference between the network (LAN connection) and the MOTOTRBO radio. Disconnecting the network resolves the interference and allows CPS to detect and program the radios.
Workaround/Fix
1. Ensure the programming cable being used is compatible and properly connected.
2. Verify that the drivers for CPS are installed correctly.
3. Disconnect the network (LAN connection) from the PC while using CPS to program radios.
