Memory error resolution for HP DL360 Gen10 Server

Background/Details
- Uncorrectable memory error causing the HP DL360 Gen10 Server to reboot.
- The message "Mapout Configuration in the Bios" appeared in the HP DL360 Gen10 Server BIOS during the DIMM (Dual In-line Memory Module) replacement.
Outcome/Recommendation
Procedure for re-map the Memory from the Server RBSU: -
1. From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Memory Options > Memory Remap.
2. Select a setting.
- Remap All Memory—Makes all memory in the system available again on the next boot. -- Select this Option
- No Action—Leaves any affected memory unavailable to the system.
- Save your setting.
Note:
To access the ROM-Based Setup Utility (RBSU) on an HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 server, you need to boot the server into the System Utilities. This is done by pressing the F9 key during the Power-On Self-Test (POST) screen, which appears when the server is first powered on. Once you're in the System Utilities, you can then navigate to the RBSU settings by selecting System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU).
