- Inability to configure the V200 Smart Dock with Video Manager EX.

Background/Details
- The smart dock was not connecting to the V200.
- LED indicators showed power and network as green, cloud as amber.
Outcome/Recommendation
- Load the generated CFG file with the .OK extension to the dock.
- If the dock fails to connect, create and apply a reset configuration using a FAT32 USB.
- - Ensure the USB does not contain any other files and is not a duplicate copy.
- After running this reset configuration to the smart dock it will show in the devices tab as open and connected
- Remove IP addresses in the Webserver settings and set default to Any.
- Change HTTP/HTTPS ports to 9080/9082 respectively.
- Adjust the public webserver port to 9080.
- Configure the dock directly through the admin tab without a USB by clicking on the right arrow in the device screen ( screenshot below)
- It will automatically reboot the dock. Verify that all lights turn green, indicating a successful connection.
