Accessing the Radio Licensing 

Authentication Portal 

As part of our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our critical radio communications networks and devices, we are introducing security enhancements to the Motorola Solutions radio licensing system. These include a user authentication portal for our credentialed channel partners and customers. 

You can access the new radio licensing system authentication portal by 

1.Logging into connect.motorolasolutions.com using the same credentials you use to login to your Motorola Solutions platform today: 

PCR: Partner Hub or Customer Hub credentials 

TETRA: Customer Hub credentials 

ASTRO: Customer Hub credentials 

2.Once authenticated, use the Customer Programming Software (CPS), Radio Management and/or Radio Central applications as you are accustomed. The user experience remains the same. 3.Your authentication authorization will be valid for 18 hours, after which you will need to reauthenticate. 4.Logging into the licensing system is required only when device or application licenses need to be registered, viewed or recovered. 

You can test whether your credentials are valid by visiting the portal and signing in. 

If you do not currently have a Motorola Solutions account and credentials, please visit the radio licensing support page for information on registering. Please note each authorized individual from your organization will need credentials.

1.) I don’t know if I have a Motorola Solutions account/credentials. Can you look it up? Your credentials are the same that you use to access the Motorola Solutions platform today. You can test that your credentials are valid by visiting connect.motorolasolutions.com and signing in. PCR: Your Partner Hub credentials 

TETRA: Your Customer Hub credentials 

ASTRO: Your Customer Hub credentials 

The portal also includes links for retrieving a forgotten user ID or password. 

2.) How do I reset my password if I don't remember it? 

Access your Login Page (Partner Hub or Customer Hub). 

Click FORGOT PASSWORD. 

Select PASSWORD Reset Option. 

Enter the email address associated with your account 

Answer your Security Questions, if you have any set up on your account. 

Authenticate using a One-Time Password delivered via SMS, if a mobile/cell number is associated with your account. 

3.) How do I access the licensing system? 

Log into connect.motorolasolutions.com using your credentials.
